About Bering Watches
Simplistic Beauty defines BERING. The Arctic landscape became the inspiration for Danish business man Rene Kaerskov. His passion for the landscape led to the development and design of a new innovative watch brand. The name derives from a Danish sailor Vitus Bering; in 1728 he set sail on the Arctic Ocean and crossed the straits, which were later named the Bering Strait in his honour. Bering was the first European to discover Alaska.
Bering’s signature collection has to be their ceramic range. Each watch case and strap are constructed from HighTech-Ceramic, a material that is very light in weight; highly scratch resistant and anti allergenic. HighTech-Ceramic is also smooth to the touch, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Bering’s Titanium Range of watches are both stylish and eye catching, titanium is well documented for being anti allergenic and ultra light but also being a highly strong metal.
