The dial of this Seiko Presage Classic Series watch is inspired by the Japanese art of silk dyeing. Its colour, ‘Wakatake Iro,’ is a fresh and bright green inspired by young bamboo – a shade that evokes the vitality and natural beauty of new growth. The unique beauty of the silk weave is captured through a careful rendering of its texture on the dial, harmoniously paired with delicate colour tones. A series of concentric grooves with varying widths creates a unique radial shimmer that shifts with the light, embodying the Japanese aesthetic of ‘beauty in utility;’ making useful also beautiful.
The curved hands and indices are designed to reflect light in an impressive way, matching the dial’s surface so that the entire dial works as one cohesive canvas. The case has a smooth curve that feels familiar and instinctively touchable. The delicate multi-row bracelet is inspired by those from the 1970s – its short 6mm pitch length reflects light elegantly while ensuring a comfortable fit on the wrist. The case and bracelet feature a super-hard coating, and the anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass ensures clarity in any light.
Water resistant to 100m, the watch is powered by the in-house 6R51 automatic calibre, accurate to +25/-15 seconds per day with an approximate 72-hour power reserve.

Included in the guide is a printable measuring tool to wrap around your wrist that will give us an idea of your wrist size and indicate to us how many links need to be removed. Our Youtube video gives a clear and concise visual guide with a step by step wrist measuring process.
Once you’ve measured your wrist, let us know your desired size, taking into account any movement you would like your watch to have. All links and pins removed will be provided with the watch, should you need any further adjustments in the future.
We aim to provide a virtual viewing for the watches that we hold in stock. The service we use for this is the video conferencing app ZOOM which is best used by yourself on a desktop or laptop computer. If you give us an idea of the watches you are interested in, and an appointment is set up with you, we can then discuss and live view our showrooms displays and individual watches.
You can also purchase the watch for delivery in the usual ways, on the website, by phone, paypal request, bank transfer etc.
